Ask the teacher if you can use it somewhere safely, close to a plug- so you can charge it during class.

Let you homeroom teacher know so they can modify your laptop condition report that you filled out at the beginning of the year.

You should not have done this- as the nubs help keep the LCD screen off the keyboard and provide some extra cushioning. You will be charged for pulling those off, and will get billed at the end of the year.

Take your laptop to Mr. Favreau so he can check it out and see if everything is okay. Sometimes there is internal damage, that you may not be able to see by looking at it quickly.
