First, you have to open noteshare and open a new notebook, or an existing notebook (to add extra notes [if you want]).  Then you press outline (on the top menu bar) and select new web entry.  This should open an entry in a browser form.  Now all you have to do is type in a URL and you can surf the web (exactly like safari)  and type notes all on one program window without the hassle of changing from one program to another!
